Collector's Spotlight: "Terry Cole"

Terry Cole was raised in the back seat and under the hood of the brass era auto. He gained a vast education in American automotive history while traveling across the country. He has been in the car hobby for years, and has seen many collections come and go. The early pre-war cars are his passion, but a used car lot and Fords determined his love for any automobile. Today, Terry and his best friend manage Chief Noonday Car Park, where they house, store, and care for car enthusiasts' autos. He affectionately refers to it as a “day care” facility for husbands.

Terry still loves the thrill of the chase, as he likes to call it, and one car he would love to find is a Grand Rapids-built Austin from the Austin Automobile Company. It's a big horsepower auto with an impressive company history. He’d also love a Model 48 Pierce-Arrow. He thinks the T-head engine, along with the middle gear drive distributor, is the best and prettiest engine out there. Everyone asks him what car he would never sell.  His faith-based response is always the same…." worship the Lord, not the Ford". So, all his cars are for sale if he feels the new caretakers will have the same passion.
